Exhibition of photographs about the exciting project IN/VISIBLE CITY
On 7 March 2013, the documentary film and the exhibition of photographs about the exciting project IN/VISIBLE CITY were presented in the EU InfoCentre.
The project IN/VISIBLE CITY took place in Skopje, Belgrade, Brighton and Denmark with performances in public transport means and round tables about these cities’ multiethnic history.
The documentary film In/Visible city captures the essence of the journey of a group of of artists who wanted to contribute to strengthening relationships between different ethnic communities all over the Europe, and further develop a civil society that is based on tolerance. The film shares the experience of the project In/Visible City implemented by: Art Media (Skopje) Dah Theatr (Belgrade), Teataret OM (Denmark), Prodigal Theatre (United Kingdom) and Voix Poliphonique (France)
Through these activities, we are reminded that culture, history, land and life are intertwined by various influences that shape our common history, and to the cities in which we live today, was created by former residents work and creativity, regardless of their ethnic origin.
